Terms and Conditions

Appointments are serviced Sunday through Saturday.    Maid Masters office hours are from 7:30 am - 7:00 pm CST (Monday through Friday) and 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST (Saturday and Sunday).  


To receive an appointment for the current weekend your appointment will need to be booked and confirmed (Via Phone or Online) by 11:59 am CST on Friday. For any appointment which is scheduled, a Maid Masters representative will contact you prior to close of business to discuss client requested services. All appointments must be confirmed via phone by a Maid Masters representative to be serviced by the requested date or time.    


Appointments booked after 11:59 am CST on Friday will be scheduled for the client preferred date in the following week Tuesday- Sunday. Please note, appointments are subject to availability.

Payment for Service

Client agrees to pay invoice associated with the selected Cleaning or Service technician agreement at the time of booking request.  All unpaid invoices are subjected to cancellation.   


A valid credit card or debit card may be utilized to schedule services; cash and check is not accepted. Following booking of your services online, a Maid Masters  representative will contact you via phone to review and confirm your appointment details.    


Maid Masters offers weekly, biweekly or convenient month to month billing. Discounts are offered for weekly, bi-weekly  services.    A minimum of four cleanings is required when selecting  a recurring service.   


If cancelled prior to the minimum being met, Maid Masters reserves the right to up-charge the prior services completed to the standard rate.

Our goal is to make sure all our clients are 100% content with the service.    


Prior to all scheduled services being completed, management will reach out to the client to receive clear and detailed instructions for service. Whether or not you are present during your service is completely up to you! When you confirm your booking, you'll be prompted to give your Maid Master professional your approved entry instructions in the comment section.    


Maid Masters professionals complete their due diligence in ensuring that all cleaning services meet client expectation, however all clients’ expectations vary. If this is your first time utilizing our services, we ask we ask that you walk through the entire property with the maid to inspect the areas that were cleaned at the end of service.   


It's our client’s full responsibility to ensure that they are present to check our professionals work at the end of service and ensure our service exceeds expectations. Whether absent or present, Maid Masters will ensure that items on the checklist are precisely cleaned and that any add on services purchased are completed precisely.    


Should any expectations not be met at the end of the service walk-through please inform the assigned professional at that time and allow them to go over the areas that were not completed to your satisfaction.   


If your time does not allow for the maid to go over the areas during the initial appointment, please contact management immediately and make us aware that your walk-through resulted in complaint. We will re-service the location within forty-eight (48) hours to ensure your satisfaction. Refunds are not issued under any circumstances.

OUR TERMS and COMMITMENT TO YOU
In the event that Maid Masters must provide you with a reschedule date, we will advise you six (6) hours prior to the scheduled appointment.   


Maid Masters will attempt to reassign a new professional to the original appointment, however if our professional is not available, we reserve the right to reschedule an appointment at a later time or date that is convenient for the client.    


If Maid Masters fails to show for a booked service appointment, client will receive a $50 credit toward their next service appointment.

Cancellation and Reschedule Terms

At Maid Masters we understand that unforeseen circumstances happen. For this reason, we have established a flexible scheduling policy.   In any case, please don't forget about your bookings.   


Reminders are sent via text and email (if elected) prior to scheduled service. As a reminder, if your Maid Master professional can't access your residence by following your entry instructions, or if you aren't home for the scheduled service you'll be charged the full cost of the booking.    


Rescheduling with short notice or missing your booking causes our Maid Masters Professionals to lose valuable work. Therefore, fees apply when client bookings are cancelled or rescheduled.

Cancel / Rescheduling Terms:

  • Cancel Service - 80% Fee OR 100% Credit allocated to future service
  • Reschedule 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment - FREE
  • Reschedule 12 to 23 hours prior to schedule appointment - NO REFUND
  • Maid Masters Professional can not gain access to property - NO REFUND
  • Client Missed Scheduled Appointment - NO REFUND

Client Non-Service Areas

If you do not want a particular area of your property serviced, please ensure to close the door.   


Maid Masters professionals will not service areas that have closed entry access in respect of client privacy.    


Please note, if your property has not been maintained in a while then our professional may not be able to complete all areas on the checklist during the time allotment scheduled.   


Examples would be hoarder houses or homes with a variety of clothes, pet hair, toys, and items on the floor, furniture and surfaces. In cases such as these additional hours of service may be purchased. Or, if the client prefers than our professional may services all areas in multiple visits.

Move In / Out Terms

In order for our Maid Masters professional to service your home with a move in/out cleaning all furniture and fragile items must be removed.   


Standard cleaning tasks such as wiping down furniture or making beds will not be done for move in/ out cleaning services.

Parking and Arrival

Please consider that our professionals have heavy equipment which is required to service your property.   


We look forward to servicing all our clients without issue. For that to be possible our cleaners must be able to park within a two blocks walking distance from the parking space to your property.   


You must either have free street parking near your area, a designated parking space with a parking pass, or you must pay for any associated parking fees the cleaner will incur.   


Maid Masters professionals are not responsible for parking fees near your property. If the professional is unable to service your property because your refuse to pay for parking, there will not be a refund for services. 100% of the fee will be charged.    


We allow a ten (10) minute window in the event that you are late arriving at your property or if you are assisting the professional with finding an alternate parking space.

Damage Claims

The client is responsible for reporting any incident, breakage, damage, loss or complaint to support@themaidmasters.com within twelve (12) hours of completion of the service.   


Failure to do so will nullify action to rectify the issue. Maid Masters has a zero tolerance policy in terms of theft and dishonesty. 


If you suspect your professional has engaged in either of the aforementioned actions please contact Maid Masters management for further review and resolution..

Uniform Policy

Maid Masters professionals are required to wear closed toed, non-skid shoes while cleaning.    


If you have a shoes off policy for your property please make our professional aware and they will wear shoe covers.
