Q: How many cleaners or service technicians do you send?  
A:  Maid Masters teams generally consists of two professionals. For smaller service request, we may send one professional.  

Q: Can I set an appointment time?  
A: We are unable to set exact appointment times; however, you can set your preferred  

Q: When do you charge my credit card?  
A: We charge all credit cards at the time of booking  

Q: What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?  
A: We have a happiness guarantee. If you're not 100% satisfied with your cleaning, please make our professional aware during your walk-through at service completion.

Q: How do I stop my service?  
A: Email us at Support@themaidmasters.com or call within business hours.  

Q: How do the professionals enter my property to provide service?  
A: Clients are either home, securely hide a key somewhere, or provide a key for our utilization on service dates  

Q: Do I need to provide supplies, or will the teams bring them?  
A: We provide all of our own supplies and equipment. If you prefer that we use your items, please make the Maid Masters representative aware on your confirmation of services call.  

Q: Do I need to do anything before the cleaning professionals arrive?  
A: To ensure we are able to provide an efficient service please pick up clothing, toys, and other household items before our visit.  

Q: Can I request the same cleaning professionals for each visit?  
A: Yes, we will make every effort to have the same team clean your home each visit. However, please be aware that we may have to substitute a member of your staff if someone is ill or on vacation.

Q: Do I need to do anything to prepare for a move-out clean?  
A: Please ensure all furniture and fragile items are removed. Also ensure your electricity and water are on when the professionals come to service.

Are you insured?

We are a fully bonded cleaning service. We carry insurance for our employees and for the work that we do in your home. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not cleaned the way that you expected? Let us know, and we will do our best to put things right.

What about pets?

Pets are a part of the family, our maid will clean up after them as well! During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.
